This spacious townhouse is spread over four floors. It has four large en-suite bedrooms, a reception and separate dining room, an extended and refitted kitchen along with additional basement utility facilities and separate sitting room.

The house is at the end of a terrace enjoying a prominent and elevated position over West Road to the front with stepped, split level gardens and views over the town of Buxton and Derbyshire countryside beyond. There is ground floor level access to the rear of the property with private off-road parking for two cars leading to a small enclosed south facing sunny courtyard. From here there is a backdoor entrance direct to the kitchen.

From the front entrance there is a stained glass porch and hallway which leads to a light and airy front living room. To the back of the hall is the dining room which leads to the kitchen and a separate door to the basement which houses a utility area with washing machine and dryer. The basement also has a shower-room and an additional sitting room with its own side entrance opening to a quiet pedestrian pathway.

The property has a well stocked, country style kitchen with wooden work surfaces set on a York stone floor with underfloor heating. It includes a breakfast bar, range cooker, integrated dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge-freezer and ample storage.
