The house is at the end of a terrace enjoying a prominent and elevated position over West Road to the front with stepped, split level gardens and views over the town of Buxton and Derbyshire countryside beyond. There is ground floor level access to the rear of the property with private off-road parking for two cars leading to a small enclosed south facing sunny courtyard. From here there is a backdoor entrance direct to the kitchen.

From the front entrance there is a stained glass porch and hallway which leads to a light and airy front living room.
